Dear Community, Dear Project Founders, Dear Three-Letter Agencies,
Satoshi Nakamoto envisioned a sovereign currency...
As time passed, large institutions began gaslighting Bitcoin, crying about their lack of control. But remember the early days of the internet in the 90s? It was a beautiful mess - a gateway to unlimited knowledge at dial-up prices. Why not apply the same revolutionary thinking to currency?
The "crypto market" (we don't like this term) has become a serious player in both individual and corporate investment. This isn't the fault of liquidity providers like CEXs and DEXs. And it's certainly not the fault of our blockchain Engineers, Math Chads, and Cryptographic researchers who work tirelessly to secure sovereign assets. Its a universal intellectual movement based on the principles of freedom, sovereignty, and decentralization. As was the internet before GAFAM entered the chat.
But lately, the SEC (The Selective Enforcement Circus) has been acting like a toddler in the crypto ecosystem, suing companies that don't fit their "because-we-said-so" narrative. The result? Market instability that affects everyone: from lawyers to Datacenters, from researchers to VCs, and most importantly, individual investors.
Your approach of "sue first, ask questions never" makes the market as stable. If you genuinely wanted to regulate crypto, you'd work WITH projects to solve compliance issues, not against them.
To date, your Soviet-style approach has achieved nothing but chaos. Have you published clear compliance guidelines? Nope. Have you helped create value in this ecosystem? Also nope. You've just... sued people. Maybe there were less dramatic solutions? Like having actual conversations with founders? But given how Gensler stuttered against Tom Emmer recently, we understand why you prefer lawsuits to face-to-face meetings. You make our hoodie-wearing, Solidity/Rust-writing devs look like social butterflies.
That's why we created UniteUs...
This is UniteUs.
Because the SEC will never divide us.
